Welcome to this, my Blog about 40k, Horus Heresy and my new Death Guard Legion army. On 18-19 May 2013 I travelled to the Horus Heresy Weekender and bought the basics of my new army . . . Mk IIB Landraider, 30 Legionaries in Mk III Armour, and all sorts of other bits and pieces. The weekend was awesome, if a bit Black Library orientated, and I learnt some interesting things about Lahmian Medium among other things . . .
Anyway, I'll be posting on the contribution to Mortarion's Legion as soon as I get started with. Hopefully, I won't be too sidetracked by additions to my existing 40k armies (3000 Dark Eldar, 3000 Tau, 2000 Ultramarines, 2000 Iron Warriors), although I'm determined to finish the Riptide and some Tau Pathfinders first . . .
